Warning message when using CareBlox in Edge

Guide you see a warning message when using CareBlox in Microsoft Edge and what it means.

CareBlox was designed to run in Internet Explorer, and it is not fully compatible with other browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. As Internet Explorer is being phased out, Microsoft Edge is now used instead, with Internet Explorer (IE) mode enabled.


Why you see a warning message

When using CareBlox in Edge with IE mode enabled, you may see a message stating that the site is being viewed in Internet Explorer mode.

This is a standard browser message from Microsoft Edge and indicates that IE mode is active.


What to do

📌Note: This message cannot be removed permanently, as it is part of Microsoft Edge.

You can:

  • Click the X (close) button on the message to dismiss it

  • Continue using CareBlox as normal


What to expect

Using IE mode in Edge ensures CareBlox works correctly, even if the message appears.
