Unable to print documents in CareBlox

Guide to fix printing issues in CareBlox by using Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer mode enabled.

Written by Katie Airey

If you’re unable to print documents in CareBlox, this is usually because the browser is not set up correctly. CareBlox requires Microsoft Edge running in Internet Explorer (IE) mode to support printing.

What to check

To print documents successfully, make sure you are using:

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Internet Explorer (IE) mode enabled

When these are set up correctly, printing should work as expected.

Enable Internet Explorer mode

If IE mode is not enabled, follow the setup guide to turn it on in Microsoft Edge.

📌Note: See Use CareBlox in Microsoft Edge (Internet Explorer mode) for step‑by‑step instructions on how to enable this setting.
