If the Internet Explorer (IE) option is missing from Microsoft Edge, this is usually due to a recent update. You can re-enable it in your browser settings to continue using CareBlox.
Enable Internet Explorer mode in Edge
Open Microsoft Edge.
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top‑right corner.
Select Settings.
In the search bar, type Internet Explorer.
Go to Appearance > Toolbar.
Turn on the toggle for Internet Explorer (IE Mode).
Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.
What happens next
Once enabled, the Internet Explorer option will appear in your toolbar, allowing you to access CareBlox more reliably.
