Check that you are using the correct browser, CareBlox only works on Internet Explorer.
Check that the site that you are trying to connect to has the correct URL. This will usually appear as https://COMPANYNAME.careblox.biz.
Check that you are using the correct username.
Check that you are using the correct password.
If you are unsure of either your username or password, it is advised to speak to your head office in the first instance, they should be able to aid you in getting logged in. If there is still a problem, they will raise a support ticket with support to look into the matter further.
