Reset a user password

Guide to reset a user password

If you have access to the Resolve module for all employees, you can reset the password by the following:

  1. Log in to the Resolve module of CareBlox.

  2. Click on the Admin Site menu option.

  3. Click on the Users option.

  4. Use the Search criteria to find the employee.

  5. Click on the employee's name in the results section to highlight.

  6. Click the Edit Selected button to open their user information.

  7. Click the Reset button next to the user's password box to reset it.


If you do not have access to the Resolve module, please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support. Include the following information:

  • The username that needs to be reset.

  • The name of the user.

  • A mobile telephone number to send the password through to.
