Client not showing on the system

Guide to check whether a client has been marked as discharged or deceased, and what to do if you still can’t find their record.

If you can’t find a client in CareBlox, they may have been marked as Discharged or Deceased by mistake. This article explains how to check these filters and what to do if the client still doesn’t appear.


Check discharged or deceased filters

Before raising a support case, make sure the client isn’t hidden by filters.

How to check:

  1. Open the Clients module in CareBlox.

  2. Go to the Clients screen.

  3. Enable the Discharged and Deceased filters.

  4. Search for the client again.

If the client appears, you can review or correct their status as needed.


What to do if the client is still missing

If the client does not appear after checking the filters, please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support and reference the title of this article.

Include the following details:

  • The Home the client was based at

  • The Client name

  • The Client ID (if known)

  • The last time the client was seen on the system

Providing this information helps us locate the record more quickly.
