If your terminal is not responsive to input, but it has power going to it, it may need resetting.
In the bottom of the case, there is a gap you can reach your finger through and press the power button on the tablet inside.
Press and hold the power button down until the LINX logo appears.
Let go of the power button.
Unable to get to the power button
If you are unable to get to the power button, please follow these steps:
Unlock the case that the terminal is in.
Unplug the plugs from the terminal screen.
Pull the screen out so that you can access the power button.
Press and hold the power button down until the LINX logo appears.
Wait for the terminal to restart.
Wait for the terminal to log in to Windows.
Wait for the CareBlox software to load.
Put the screen back into the case.
Plug in the plugs that you pulled out.
Close and lock the case.
Test the terminal to ensure that the inputs are now working.
