Change a users role within Resolve

Guide to change a users role in Resolve

You can manage which homes a user can view by following these steps:

  1. Log in to CareBlox.

  2. Select the Resolve module.

  3. Click Admin Site, then select Users.

  4. Search for the user using one of the following:

    • Username

    • Long name

    • Short name

    • Role

  5. Double‑click the user to open their record.

  6. Tick the relevant checkboxes to enable modules (for example, Clients).

  7. Click Edit next to Roles.

  8. Click the (+) icon.

  9. From the left list, select the role you want to assign (for example, Home Admin).

  10. From the right list, select the home you want the user to access.

  11. Click Select, then click Save.

  12. Click Save again to apply the changes.


Changing a user’s budget authority

If you need to change a user’s budget authority:

  • Go to the Authority section in the user record.

  • Select the relevant Category (CAT).

  • Enter the value over budget.


No access to the Resolve module
