Issues with reports or data not updating

Guide to fix issues caused by saved browser data by clearing your cache and cookies.

Written by Katie Airey

If reports are not loading correctly or data appears outdated, this may be caused by your browser using stored (cached) data instead of loading the latest information. Clearing your browser cache usually resolves this issue.

Clear your browser cache

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots (⋯) in the top‑right corner.

  3. Select More toolsClear browsing data.

  4. Choose a Time range (select All time to clear everything).

  5. Tick:

    • Cookies and other site data

    • Cached images and files

  6. Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Settings and more (⋯) menu.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click Privacy, search, and services.

  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  5. Select a Time range.

  6. Choose the data to clear (e.g. cookies, cache).

  7. Click Clear now.

What to expect

After clearing your cache:

  • The browser will load fresh data from the system

  • Reports should display correctly
