CareBlox not working after Windows update

Guide to fix CareBlox issues caused by Windows updates by adding the site to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer.

Some Windows updates can change Internet Explorer settings, which may stop CareBlox from working correctly. This is often due to security settings blocking required features. This article shows how to add CareBlox to your Trusted Sites.


Add CareBlox to Trusted Sites

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to the CareBlox homepage.

  2. Press Alt + T to open the Tools menu.

  3. Select Internet Options.

  4. Click the Security tab.

  5. Select Trusted Sites, then click Sites.

  6. Check the URL shown is your CareBlox site.

  7. Click Add.

  8. Click OK to close the window.

  9. Click OK again to exit Internet Options.


Refresh the page

After adding the site:

  • Press Ctrl + F5 to fully refresh the page

This should allow CareBlox to load correctly.
