If you see duplicate or doubled hours on a payroll report, this is usually caused by the system showing a mix of old and updated payroll data. Re‑generating the payroll will refresh the report and resolve the issue in most cases.
How to refresh payroll data
Log in to CareBlox and open the Payroll module.
Click the Payroll tab.
Select Enter Payroll.
Click Generate Payroll.
Click Save to refresh and store the updated data.
Check the report again
Click Reports.
Select Payroll Period.
Enter the required details.
Click Next.
Check that the figures are now correct.
