Adding the CareBlox website to your Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer helps ensure all system features work as expected. This can resolve issues caused by browser security settings blocking certain functions.
Add CareBlox to Trusted Sites
Open Microsoft Edge and go to the CareBlox homepage.
Press Alt + T to open the Tools menu.
Select Internet Options.
Click the Security tab.
Select Trusted Sites, then click Sites.
Check the URL shown is your CareBlox site.
Click Add.
Click OK, then click OK again to close the window.
Refresh the CareBlox page.
