Payroll period is still showing as open

Guide if the payroll period is showing previous weeks

If your current payroll period is still showing a previous week, please first check that the payroll has been fully confirmed.


Check the payroll status

  1. Log in to the Payroll module in CareBlox

  2. Click Payroll from the main menu


Check each menu option below:

  • Approve Payroll

    • If the old period is still showing, please create a support ticket

  • Export Payroll

    • If the old period is still showing, please create a support ticket

  • Confirm Payroll

    • Confirm the payroll

  • Enter Payroll

    • Check that the new payroll week has opened

When submitting your ticket, quote this article and include the following information:

  • The home affected

  • The payroll period currently showing as open

  • The payroll period dates that should be showing
