If you have not received your payroll export emails, please check the following:
Check that the payroll has been exported
If the payroll has not actually been exported from CareBlox, the export email will not be generated.
Log into CareBlox.
On the Payroll module, click Payroll, Export Payroll.
Ensure that the periods you are expecting an export file for have actually be exported.
Check your junk folders
A common issue is that your internal email is picking up the emails as junk/spam and moving them to a junk folder. Ensure that these emails are part of your whitelist for your email filters if required.
Check the addresses that the file is being sent to

The home being exported.
The expected email addresses.
