Adjusting terminal date and time

Guide to adjusting terminal date and time.

The terminal date and time can be adjusted by following the steps below based on the type of terminal you’re using.


Legacy Terminal

(Large screen with a separate fob reader at the bottom)

  1. Plug a USB keyboard into the terminal.

  2. Press Windows key + R to open the Run box.

  3. Type timedate.cpl and press Enter.

  4. Click Change date and time.

  5. Use the calendar to select the correct date.

  6. Click the time to adjust hours and minutes.

  7. Click OK to save and close.


Current Terminals

  1. Double-tap the CareBlox logo to open the PIN pad.

  2. Press the Windows Start button (bottom-left).

  3. Click the Settings (cog icon).

  4. Go to Time & Language.

  5. Click Additional date, time & regional settings (right side).

  6. Under Date and Time, click Set the time and date.

  7. Click Change date and time.

  8. Use the calendar and clock to update the date and time.

  9. Click OK to save and close all windows.
