If you have access to the Resolve module, you can update which homes are linked to a regional manager by following these steps:
Log in to CareBlox.
From My Services, select the Resolve module.
Click Admin Site.
Select Home Mapping.
In the centre grid, click the home you want to update.
On the left‑hand side, use the RMID drop‑down to choose the correct regional manager.
Click Update at the top or bottom of the left‑hand panel.
Repeat these steps for each home you need to change.
