Roster Drop‑Down Not Working
If the Roster drop‑down isn’t working, it’s often due to an issue with your user profile setup. For example, your permissions may be linked to the wrong home code.
How to Check and Fix Your User Profile
If you can edit user profiles, follow these steps:
Log in to CareBlox.
From My Services, open the Resolve module.
Click Admin Site.
Enter your username and click Search.
Select your user and click Edit Selected.
In the Roles section, check that the home code is correct for the HM or HA roles.
If incorrect, update the role details.
Click Save to confirm.
