Request a custom export

Guide to request changes to an export in CareBlox and what information you need to provide.

Custom changes to exports may be possible, but these need to be reviewed and approved first.


Before you start

📌Note: Custom export requests may require a consultancy session with your Account Manager.


Submit your request

You can request a custom export in one of the following ways:

  • Email your Account Manager to begin the process

  • Create a new Ticket by visitng the Access Digital Assistant and reference this article

Include the following details:

  • The information you want added

  • The export you want it added to

📌Note: If you’re not sure who your Account Manager is, please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support and the team will help you.
