Configure terminal to a new home

Learn how to request a terminal to be reconfigured for a different home and what details you need to provide.

If you need to move a terminal to another home, you’ll need to request it from the support team so it can be reconfigured correctly.


Before you start

📌Note: The terminal must be powered on and connected to the internet before it can be updated.

📌Note: If the terminal is brand new, CareBlox won’t work until it has been connected to local Wi-Fi.

Request a terminal move

  1. Make sure the terminal is powered on and connected to the internet

  2. Please use our Access Digital Assistant,

  3. Include the following details:

    • The current home the terminal is set up for

    • The new home it needs to be moved to


What happens next

Once your request is submitted, the terminal will be reconfigured for the new home.
