Guide to request changes to your company logo or address on invoices generated in CareBlox.

If you need to update the logo or address shown on your CareBlox invoices, you’ll need to submit a request to have this changed.


Request an update

  1. Please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support.

  2. Include the following details:

    • For logo changes: attach the new logo file

    • For address changes: provide the full updated address


What happens next

Once your request is received, the team will review and apply the updates to your invoices.
