Use this report to review absence data for a specific period. You can narrow the results to a single employee or absence type, or leave it set to show all results.
Generate the report
You can run the Absence Analysis report from the Reports area in the Payroll module.
📌Note: Make sure you know the date range and any filters you want to apply before you begin.
Go to Payroll.
Select Reports from the top menu.
Under Sickness, click Absence Analysis.
Select an Employee, or leave this as Select All.
Choose an Absence Type.
Enter the date range using the date fields.
Click Next to run the report.
