Removing Shifts from a Roster Template

How to delete shifts from an existing roster template and save the changes by overwriting the template.

If shifts are saved in a roster template and need to be removed, you can update the template by overwriting it.

How to remove shifts from a template:

  1. Click Attendance from the top menu.

  2. Select Roster.

  3. Click Open Template.

  4. Choose the required template and click Select.

  5. Find the shift(s) you want to remove.

  6. Right‑click the shift and select Delete Shift.

  7. Once all required shifts are removed, click Save Template.

  8. Select the template name and click Save to overwrite it.

The template will now be updated without the removed shifts.
