To add new roster shift periods, you need access to the Admin menu in the Payroll module.
If you don’t see this option, contact your Head Office to review your access level.
How to add a shift period:
Open CareBlox and go to the Payroll module.
Select the Home (if required).
Click Admin.
Select Roster Shift Setup.
Choose the Department from the dropdown.
Click Add.
Enter a Description (e.g. Early Morning or 07:00).
Enter the Start Time (HHMM format).
Enter the End Time (HHMM format).
Click Update to save.
⚠️Important: Do not use special characters in the shift name, as this can cause system issues.
