Viewing an Employee’s Booked Holidays
This article explains how to view holidays that have been booked in CareBlox.
📌Note: This report only shows holidays that are currently booked. If a holiday does not appear, it may have been deleted and will need to be rebooked.
How to View Booked Holidays
Log in to CareBlox.
Under My Services, click Payroll.
Click Reports at the top of the screen.
Under Time and Attendance, select Holiday Analysis.
Choose an Employee, or select All Employees.
To include former employees, tick Show Historic Employees.
Select the holiday year (current, previous, or next).
Click Next to run the report.
What the Report Shows
Employee ID and name
Holiday year start date
Details of all holidays currently booked in the system
This report helps you quickly check holiday bookings for one or all employees.
