How to Change an Employee’s Rate
Click Employees
Open the employee by double‑clicking their name
Go to the Rates tab
Use the Role drop‑down if you need to select a different role
Click the rate you want to change and select Edit
Replace the value in the Rate box with the new amount
Click Update to save
Apply the Change to Un‑exported Periods
If you want the new rate to apply to any un‑exported payroll periods, tick Update any un‑exported periods before saving.
📌Note: After saving, this box will automatically untick. This is normal and allows you to apply future rate changes if needed.
