If you are trying to confirm your payroll but getting an error message saying that the payroll needs to be generated or re-generated, this will have to be completed before you will be able to proceed.
To generate/re-generate payroll:
Log into the Payroll module of CareBlox.
Click Payroll, Enter Payroll.
Click Continue.
In the bottom left of the Enter Payroll window, click Generate Payroll.
When the warning message appears, click OK. The payroll will proceed to generate or will show a warning message telling you what requires attention.
šNote: if not all of the shifts are displaying on the payroll generate page, try regenerating the payroll again, this will pull through all new data.
