If staff are marked as not arrived, but you know they have, please check the following:
Check the staff have clocked in
You can confirm this using the terminal:
Swipe the master fob on the terminal.
Tap Who’s On.
Check if the staff member is listed.
Check the terminal’s internet connection
If the staff member has clocked in but is still not showing, the terminal may have lost its internet connection. The terminal will need to be reconnected before the information can update.
Legacy terminals: staff fob in along the bottom of the screen
Current terminals: staff fob in on the right‑hand side of the screen
