If you need a new OPEX budget uploaded into CareBlox, you’ll first need to request a budget template and complete it with the correct information. This article explains how to request the template and submit it for upload.
Request a budget template
To get started, contact the Support team and request a budget upload template.
When making your request, include:
The Home the budget is for
The financial year
The starting period
How many months the budget should cover
You’ll receive a file named BudgetUploadCB.csv.
⚠️Important: Do not change the file name, format, or layout of the template.
Submit the completed budget
Once you have filled in the template:
Please use our Access Digital Assistant to get support and attach the completed BudgetUploadCB.csv file.
The support team will then upload the budget into the system for you.
