If a client was set to Discharged instead of Deceased, the best option (where available) is to re‑admit the client, then record the correct status.
How to correct this:
Log in to CareBlox and open the Clients module.
Click Clients.
Tick Discharged to find the client.
Click the ℹ️ (info) icon next to the client’s name.
Click Re‑admit.
Enter a Re‑admission Date.
Select a Bed.
Click Next.
Once re‑admitted, you can discharge the client again with the correct status.
Deceased instead of Discharged
If a client was set to Deceased instead of Discharged, this cannot be corrected directly.
