T&A confirmations allow you to double‑check worked hours before payroll is processed. Once reviewed, confirmations must be cleared so that the correct hours flow through to payroll. This article shows you how to clear confirmations correctly.
Before you start
⚠️Important: You must have access to the Payroll module to clear T&A confirmations.
How to clear T&A confirmations
Log in to CareBlox.
Open the Payroll module.
Click Attendance.
Select T&A confirmations.
Compare the times in the Roster column with those in the Actual column.
Confirm the correct times using one of the following methods:
Use the green or red arrows to move times into the Confirmed Time column
Use the Confirmed Time dropdown to select the correct times
Click Update to save and clear the confirmation.
Clear a confirmation with zero hours
This is useful if:
An employee clocked onto a shift by mistake
The shift was handled manually outside of T&A
To clear the confirmation with 0 hours worked:
Follow the steps above to open T&A confirmations.
Set the start time and end time to the same date and time.
Example: Start 31/07 08:00 and End 31/07 08:00
Click Update.
The confirmation will be cleared and removed from the list with zero hours recorded.
