If another staff member has master-level access, you can link a new fob by following these steps:

Tap to link the fob to that staff member.

1. Swipe their master fob.
2. Tap Link Fob.
3. Swipe the replacement master fob.
4. Tap All Staff.
5. Find Link Fob in the staff list.
6. Tap to link the fob to that staff member.

If no one else has master access, please use our <a href="https://help-careblox.theaccessgroup.com/en/articles/15104859-contact-support-via-the-myaccess-portal">Access Digital Assistant</a> to get support.
