You can edit invoices in the Purchasing module in CareBlox while they are open. If an invoice has already been closed, you’ll need to reopen it first before making changes. This article explains both processes.
Edit an open invoice
Log in to CareBlox and open the Purchasing module.
Click Search.
Select Search for Invoices.
Enter your search criteria.
Click Search.
Find the invoice and click Edit.
You can now make changes to the invoice details.
Reopen a closed invoice
⚠️Important: You must reopen a closed invoice before it can be edited.
How to reopen an invoice:
Log in to CareBlox and open the Purchasing module.
Click Search in the header menu (next to Spending Plans).
Do not use the search bar on the far right, as it may not return correct results.
Select Search for Orders.
Enter the PO number in the PO field.
Do not press Enter. Click Search instead.
Find the invoice and click Edit.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Change the Status to reopen the invoice.
Click Save.
Once reopened, you can edit the invoice as needed.
