To add a Local Authority (LA) or CCG record for a client, follow these steps:
Log in to CareBlox and open the Clients module.
Click Setup.
Select the LA/CCG tab.
Click Add.
Choose whether this is an LA or CCG using the radio buttons.
Enter the Name of the Local Authority or CCG.
From Display on Invoices, choose whether to show the Client Name or NHS Number.
Enter the Address details.
Click Save.
The Local Authority or CCG will now be available to assign to clients.
