Agency clock on showing the wrong name

Clocking on and showing the wrong name.

If agency staff are clocking on and the wrong details appear, there may already be an open shift for that agency staff member. These open shifts should be closed where possible.


How to close an open shift

  1. Use a manager’s fob to access the No Fob function.

  2. Tap All Staff.

  3. Select the employee showing incorrect details.

  4. Tap OK.

  5. Tap Done to finish.

This should allow the agency staff member to clock on correctly.
