If you see an error about the TA Unit connection date during generation, it usually means the terminal is turned off.
To fix this, try a hard reset:
Use the keys to open the terminal case.
Take the terminal out of its case.
Press and hold Power + Volume Up until the screen turns on.
If that doesn’t work, try Power + Volume Down instead.
